The cancellation period expires 30 days after you receive the item or when a third party (other than the carrier) designated by you takes possession of the goods.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund within 30 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction, with no additional fees for reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

✅ Purchased within the last 30 days. ✅ In original packaging and unused condition.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

• Personalized/customized products made to order.

• Digital content and game downloads that have been activated.

• Merchandise with broken seals on software, games, or DVDs.

• Collector's editions that were removed from protective packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item does not meet these conditions.

Gift Returns
